Description

Quick and delicious garlic butter salmon, perfect for busy weeknights or impressing guests.


Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet skin-side down.
  5. Evenly spoon the garlic butter mixture over each fillet.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately and relish the deliciousness.
