Description

A quick and delicious Parmesan Salmon Bake that transforms basic ingredients into a flavorful dish perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillet in a lightly greased baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour this flavorful mixture evenly over the salmon.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously on top of the fish.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite side!

Notes

Feel free to swap the dill for fresh herbs, or replace the lemon juice with white wine for a zesty twist. Keep an eye on the salmon to avoid overcooking.
