Description

A quick and flavorful bowl featuring ground chicken, vibrant veggies, and a spicy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant—about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the ground chicken, cooking until it’s beautifully browned.
  4. Stir in the diced bell pepper and broccoli, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sriracha, blending everything together for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve the chicken mixture over the cooked rice and garnish with green onions for that extra pop!

Notes

Feel free to swap out vegetables based on availability or preference. For best results, use a non-stick skillet.
