Ingredients
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (skin on or off)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels.
- Place the fillets on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Brush half of the glaze over each fillet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Remove from the oven and brush with remaining glaze.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the glaze for 30 minutes before baking. You can also grill the salmon for a smoky twist.
