Description

Quick and nutritious protein energy balls perfect for snacks or post-workout fuel.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural nut butter (like almond or peanut)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, aiming for about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the energy balls in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute honey with agave syrup. You can also experiment by adding chocolate chips or dried fruits.
