Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural nut butter (like almond or peanut)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, aiming for about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute honey with agave syrup. You can also experiment by adding chocolate chips or dried fruits.
