Description

A delicious grilled chicken dish topped with Swiss cheese and crispy beef bacon for a flavor-packed meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 4 slices Beef bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Honey mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Begin by marinating the chicken breasts in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Layer slices of Swiss cheese and crumbled beef bacon on top during the last few minutes of cooking.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill once the cheese has melted.
  6. Drizzle honey mustard over each piece before serving.

Notes

For presentation, serve on a bed of fresh greens or alongside roasted vegetables.
