Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 4 slices Beef bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons Honey mustard
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Begin by marinating the chicken breasts in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Layer slices of Swiss cheese and crumbled beef bacon on top during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Remove the chicken from the grill once the cheese has melted.
- Drizzle honey mustard over each piece before serving.
