Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • French bread or baguette slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix everything together until beautifully blended.
  4. Spread the creamy artichoke mixture generously on slices of French bread or baguette, positioned on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the dip is bubbling.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy this mouthwatering appetizer.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. You can also mix in herbs or spices for additional flavor.
