Ingredients
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups shredded cabbage (Napa cabbage preferred)
- Vegetable oil (canola or peanut) for stir-frying
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, minced or grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium for a lighter touch)

Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp in soy sauce and sesame oil for about 10 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
- Add minced garlic and ginger once the oil is hot. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the marinated shrimp and cook for around 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- Add cabbage and other vegetables to the same pan, stirring frequently, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the shrimp to the pan and combine everything well. Adjust seasoning with more soy sauce if needed.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving warm.
