Description

A warm and hearty breakfast casserole combining crispy beef bacon, fluffy eggs, and golden hashbrowns, perfect for brunch gatherings or family breakfasts.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (or a dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: diced vegetables like bell peppers or onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped beef bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the frozen hashbrowns, followed by the beef bacon, and then pour the egg mixture over the top.
  5. Sprinkle cheese evenly over everything.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
