Description

Delightful appetizer bites made with a creamy blend of cheese, crispy bacon, and zesty ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 package of small crackers or fresh veggies for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix until everything is well blended.
  2. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  3. If you’d like, roll each cheese ball in the chopped nuts until coated. This adds a crunchy texture!
  4. Arrange the cheese balls on a platter and serve alongside your favorite crackers or fresh veggies for dipping.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. You can prepare the bites in advance and keep them refrigerated until serving.
