Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts or thighs (boneless, skinless)
- 2 slices beef bacon, chopped (for a smoky flavor)
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Aluminum foil (heavy-duty)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare your chicken by trimming any excess fat and seasoning it with ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and toss them in olive oil with a sprinkle of salt.
