Description

A simple and delicious recipe featuring tender chicken with a crispy, cheesy coating.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush each chicken breast with olive oil, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
