Description

Juicy and flavorful chicken marinated in ranch dressing, baked to perfection for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • Ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • Seasoned breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese or herbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, coat the chicken with ranch dressing, ensuring it is fully covered.
  3. In a separate dish, combine seasoned breadcrumbs with a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Dredge the ranch-coated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. If desired, broil for the last 2 minutes to achieve a crispy topping.
