Ingredients

- Ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- Seasoned breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese or herbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, coat the chicken with ranch dressing, ensuring it is fully covered.
- In a separate dish, combine seasoned breadcrumbs with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Dredge the ranch-coated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- If desired, broil for the last 2 minutes to achieve a crispy topping.
