Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they’re well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Baste the chicken with the marinade halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes
