Ingredients

Instructions
- Combine olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or oven. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 20 minutes if using.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers over medium-high heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh green onions.
Notes
