Description

Tender chicken marinated in a zesty sauce, grilled to perfection on skewers, finished with a delightful crisp.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey or agave
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, minced
  • Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Olive oil for grilling
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, Sriracha, and sesame oil.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, making sure each piece is well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  6. Serve with a drizzle of extra sauce and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Marinating for longer than 30 minutes can enhance flavor. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes prior to grilling to prevent burning.
