Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 8 oz beef, sliced thinly (flank or sirloin)
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned (about 3-4 minutes).
- Toss in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers and broccoli, stir-frying until they are tender yet crisp (approximately 3-4 minutes).
- Introduce the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce if using, and sesame oil. Stir until everything is combined and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For maximum flavor, let the beef marinate in soy sauce and a dash of ginger for about 15 minutes before cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
