Creamy, flavorful artichoke dip bites that are perfect for sharing at any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of phyllo pastry cups (store-bought)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Carefully place phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the artichoke mixture into each cup, filling them generously.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the tops are bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
If you’re short on time, feel free to use pre-chopped artichoke hearts. For a kick of flavor, consider adding chopped spinach or experimenting with different cheeses.
