Description

Creamy, flavorful artichoke dip bites that are perfect for sharing at any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of phyllo pastry cups (store-bought)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Carefully place phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the artichoke mixture into each cup, filling them generously.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the tops are bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

If you’re short on time, feel free to use pre-chopped artichoke hearts. For a kick of flavor, consider adding chopped spinach or experimenting with different cheeses.
