Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings like garlic powder.
- Mash the avocado in another bowl and add a squeeze of lime juice for brightness.
- Spread the mashed avocado onto two slices of bread, then layer on the seasoned chicken.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the chicken.
