Description
A comforting slow cooker peach cobbler with a buttery, crumbly topping, perfect for gatherings or cozy family dinners.
Ingredients
- Fresh peaches, sliced (about 6 cups)
- Granulated sugar (1 cup)
- Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- All-purpose flour (1 cup)
- Rolled oats (1 cup)

Instructions
- Begin by washing and slicing the peaches. In a large bowl, toss them with granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until evenly coated. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to allow the juices to develop.
- Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Stir in the melted butter, milk, and vanilla until just mixed.
- Layer the peaches in the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by spreading the topping evenly over the fruit.
- Cover and cook on low for about 240 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and set.
- Serve warm and enjoy the comforting flavors!
