Ingredients
- Beef (sliced or ground)
- Havarti cheese (sliced)
- Slider rolls
- Butter (for brushing)
- Onions (sautéed, optional)
- Mustard (for spreading, optional)
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your slider rolls by slicing them in half.
- If using, sauté the onions until golden, then set aside.
- Layer beef on the bottom half of the rolls, followed by cheese and any other toppings.
- Close with the other half of the roll and place them in a baking dish.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the rolls are golden.
Notes
For a richer flavor, marinate the beef in spices ahead of time. Cover the baking dish with foil for the first half of baking to melt the cheese without over-toasting the rolls.
