Description

Delicious sliders featuring savory beef and creamy Havarti cheese nestled between soft rolls. Perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • Beef (sliced or ground)
  • Havarti cheese (sliced)
  • Slider rolls
  • Butter (for brushing)
  • Onions (sautéed, optional)
  • Mustard (for spreading, optional)
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your slider rolls by slicing them in half.
  3. If using, sauté the onions until golden, then set aside.
  4. Layer beef on the bottom half of the rolls, followed by cheese and any other toppings.
  5. Close with the other half of the roll and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the rolls are golden.

Notes

For a richer flavor, marinate the beef in spices ahead of time. Cover the baking dish with foil for the first half of baking to melt the cheese without over-toasting the rolls.
