Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (or lime juice)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using skewers, thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove shrimp from the grill and let them rest for a minute. Garnish with freshly chopped herbs before serving.
Notes
For best results, choose large or jumbo shrimp; they hold up better on the grill. You can customize the marinade with your favorite ingredients.
