Ingredients

- 4 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté diced bell peppers and onions until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a separate pan, cook beef bacon until crispy; set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and scramble them over low heat until just set.
- Assemble the sliders: layer the beef mixture, scrambled eggs, beef bacon, and a slice of cheese onto the slider buns.
- Place assembled sliders on a baking sheet, covering them with foil, and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
