Description

Delightful sliders merging hearty flavors with convenience, perfect for gatherings or a cozy Saturday morning.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices beef bacon
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté diced bell peppers and onions until softened.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. In a separate pan, cook beef bacon until crispy; set aside.
  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs and scramble them over low heat until just set.
  6. Assemble the sliders: layer the beef mixture, scrambled eggs, beef bacon, and a slice of cheese onto the slider buns.
  7. Place assembled sliders on a baking sheet, covering them with foil, and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
