Description

A delicious turkey melt that combines succulent turkey, gooey cheese, and a perfect blend of seasonings, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Sliced turkey breast
  • Sourdough or whole-grain bread
  • Cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or your choice)
  • Butter or cooking oil
  • Mustard or mayonnaise (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (like thyme or parsley, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter or oil.
  2. Spread mustard or mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer turkey and cheese between the bread slices, spreading evenly.
  4. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Ensure the cheese is nicely melted before removing from heat.
  6. Slice in half and serve warm.
