Description

These delicious beef wraps combine the flavors of a classic favorite into a convenient, portable form, perfect for lunches or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 slices Beef bacon
  • 4 slices Cheese (American)
  • 1 cup Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Special sauce (mayo, ketchup, mustard mix)
  • 4 Tortilla wraps


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Cook the beef bacon in another pan until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
  3. Warm the tortilla wraps slightly for easier handling.
  4. On each wrap, spread a layer of special sauce.
  5. Add a portion of beef, a slice of cheese, some lettuce, and a few pickles.
  6. Crumble the bacon over the top, then wrap tightly. Slice in half to serve.

Notes

You can prepare the ingredients in advance and store them wrapped to maintain freshness. Use low-carb tortillas for a healthier alternative.
