Ingredients
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 pound of ground beef (or beef sausage)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
- Prepare the biscuits by cutting them into quarters and layering them in a greased casserole dish.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly over the biscuit pieces.
- Whisk the eggs and milk together in a bowl, adding garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the biscuits and beef.
