Description

Delicious wraps combining creamy avocado, hearty black beans, and crunchy tortilla chips for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 cup crunchy tortilla chips, crushed
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 4 large flour tortillas


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, diced avocado, and salsa. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Place a tortilla flat on your work surface and layer shredded lettuce in the center.
  3. Add a generous spoonful of the black bean mixture on top of the lettuce.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips over the bean mixture.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and serve immediately.

Notes

These wraps can be customized with corn tortillas for a gluten-free option or different toppings like sour cream or cheese.
