Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 cup crunchy tortilla chips, crushed
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the black beans, diced avocado, and salsa. Mix thoroughly.
- Place a tortilla flat on your work surface and layer shredded lettuce in the center.
- Add a generous spoonful of the black bean mixture on top of the lettuce.
- Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips over the bean mixture.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and serve immediately.
Notes
These wraps can be customized with corn tortillas for a gluten-free option or different toppings like sour cream or cheese.
