Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, and ginger for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots; stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry and pour over the chicken and vegetables.
- Stir until well-coated and heated through; serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu. Serve with green onions for extra flavor.
