Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, and ginger for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots; stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry and pour over the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Stir until well-coated and heated through; serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu. Serve with green onions for extra flavor.
