Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
  2. Prepare the grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Coat with Parmesan: Remove the chicken from the marinade and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over each piece.
  4. Grill the chicken: Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the cheese is golden and slightly crispy.
  5. Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
