Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
- Prepare the grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Coat with Parmesan: Remove the chicken from the marinade and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over each piece.
- Grill the chicken: Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the cheese is golden and slightly crispy.
