Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded carrots

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Begin by cooking the beef bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and let it cool, then crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the broccoli florets, shredded carrots, chopped red onion, crumbled beef bacon, shredded cheese, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
