Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Optional: Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and add the diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Incorporate the cherry tomatoes and basil into the skillet, stirring well. Allow cooking for about 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
