Description

Crispy, zesty, and filled with delicious chicken and cheese, these Buffalo Chicken Bites are the ultimate game day snack that everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup beef bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped beef bacon, mozzarella, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough over the filling, starting at the wide end, and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Arrange the bombs on a greased baking sheet and spray the tops with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Customize the filling with your favorite veggies or try different sauces.
