Description

Delicious Burger Bowls featuring seasoned beef, fresh toppings, and a creamy sauce, perfect for a low-carb meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (85% lean or preferred blend)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart as it browns. Cook until no pink remains.
  2. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook another minute to let the flavors blend.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  4. Divide chopped romaine evenly between four bowls. Top with cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, shredded cheese, and avocado slices.
  5. Spoon the warm seasoned beef over each bowl. The heat will slightly melt the cheese for that classic burger feel.
  6. Drizzle generously with burger sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

Customize with your favorite toppings or swap beef for ground turkey or plant-based alternatives.
