Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (85% lean or preferred blend)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart as it browns. Cook until no pink remains.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook another minute to let the flavors blend.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Divide chopped romaine evenly between four bowls. Top with cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, shredded cheese, and avocado slices.
- Spoon the warm seasoned beef over each bowl. The heat will slightly melt the cheese for that classic burger feel.
- Drizzle generously with burger sauce and serve immediately.
