Instructions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the honey and Cajun seasoning until well combined.
- Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets, cooking them for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they turn opaque and flaky.
- During the last minute of cooking, pour the honey butter mixture over the salmon, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
