Ingredients
- 1 lb steak tips
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak tips generously with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and at your desired doneness. Remove the steak and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted completely.
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add the drained rigatoni to the cheese sauce, stirring well to combine.
- Gently fold in the cooked steak tips into the cheesy pasta.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
