Ingredients
- Steak tips (sirloin or ribeye)
- Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- Olive oil
- Rigatoni pasta
- Heavy cream
- Parmesan cheese
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak tips and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for a minute. Then, pour in the heavy cream.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Return the steak tips to the skillet and mix until everything is heated through.
