Description

A comforting dish combining tender chicken, nutritious broccoli, and creamy cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the diced chicken, broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  2. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir to ensure all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
  5. Just before serving, mix in the remaining cheddar cheese until it melts into the creamy goodness.
