Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the diced chicken, broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir to ensure all ingredients are well mixed.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
- Just before serving, mix in the remaining cheddar cheese until it melts into the creamy goodness.
