Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese (can substitute low-fat)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup beef broth (for added moisture)
Instructions
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken and add beef broth.
- Cut the cream cheese into cubes and add to the top.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
- Once the cooking time is complete, shred the chicken using two forks.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and green onions until melted and mixed thoroughly.
