Description

Tender chicken wrapped with melty cheese and zesty garlic, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional: Spinach or bell peppers for added freshness


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  2. Add the shredded chicken to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir until combined.
  3. Layer the chicken mixture on each tortilla, and top with cheese.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  5. Grill the wraps on the skillet for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  6. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with guacamole or a fresh salad for a complete meal. Try adding spicy salsa for extra flavor.
