Description

Delicious wraps stuffed with tender chicken, gooey cheese, and aromatic garlic, perfect for any gathering or family meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of your choice)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: hot sauce for some heat


Instructions

  1. Coat the chicken slices with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken during the last minute of cooking, allowing it to melt.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Lay down some of the cheesy chicken on each wrap.
  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly and return to the skillet, seam-side down, for about 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
