Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of your choice)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: hot sauce for some heat
Instructions
- Coat the chicken slices with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken during the last minute of cooking, allowing it to melt.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Lay down some of the cheesy chicken on each wrap.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and return to the skillet, seam-side down, for about 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
