Description

Juicy chicken wrapped with melted cheese and savory garlic, perfect for family meals or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or choice)
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt, pepper, paprika (or favorite spices)


Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, minced garlic, and spices.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Warm the tortillas in another pan until soft.
  4. Slice the cooked chicken and layer it onto each tortilla.
  5. Add a generous amount of cheese over the chicken.
  6. Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them seam side down on a baking dish.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

Notes

Serve with fresh salsa or guacamole. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, or freeze for three months.
