Description
Indulgent chicken wraps filled with melting cheese and fragrant garlic, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- Large flour tortillas
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat. Drizzle olive oil and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- Place the chicken on a tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and add any fresh herbs if using.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking the ends in to prevent spillage.
- In the same skillet, place the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider swapping regular tortillas with whole wheat or low-carb alternatives.
