- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
- Assemble your quesadilla: place a tortilla in the skillet, layer it with shredded chicken and a generous amount of cheese, then drizzle with hot honey.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, remove from the skillet and allow to sit for a minute before slicing.
