Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar or your choice for melting)
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Optional: fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
  2. Assemble your quesadilla: place a tortilla in the skillet, layer it with shredded chicken and a generous amount of cheese, then drizzle with hot honey.
  3. Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Once cooked, remove from the skillet and allow to sit for a minute before slicing.
  5. Serve warm with a drizzle of additional hot honey if desired.
