This creamy and spicy dip features a rich flavor and velvety texture, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or canned)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend well until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese or sour cream. Add hot sauce for extra spice if desired. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
