Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened (can substitute with Greek yogurt)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shredded chicken and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
