Description

A comforting dish with gooey cheese and tender chicken, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened (can substitute with Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the shredded chicken and mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of hot sauce or diced vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
