Description

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4-5 Beef bacon slices
  • 1-2 Ripe avocados, sliced
  • Crisp lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Olive oil (for cooking)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Lime juice (for extra flavor)


Instructions

  1. Cook the beef bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. In the same skillet, add a touch of olive oil and sauté chicken breasts until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.
