Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onions and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add ground chicken, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, incorporate broccoli and bell pepper, sautéing for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well until heated through.
- Adjust seasoning and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
Notes
