Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads or pita bread
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. While it’s heating, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Lightly coat the chicken with olive oil, then grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
- While the chicken rests, warm the flatbreads on the grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side until slightly crispy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine with Caesar dressing, tossing until well coated.
- To assemble, place the sliced chicken onto the warm flatbread, top with the dressed romaine, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
