Ingredients
- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Crispy fries (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper and sear them in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts into the sauce.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it well with the creamy sauce, and cook together for another 2-3 minutes to warm through.
