  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Crispy fries (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper and sear them in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts into the sauce.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it well with the creamy sauce, and cook together for another 2-3 minutes to warm through.
