Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken recommended)
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 1 cup chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, bell peppers, broccoli, garlic powder, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
