Description

A comforting pasta dish with tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and a creamy sauce, perfect for family gatherings or cozy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken recommended)
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, bell peppers, broccoli, garlic powder, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
